Clean common areas, access to nearby attractions, modern bathroom features

Management really needs to up their game on room cleanliness!!! Expecting better attention to detail regarding stains on carpets and shower functionalities would be a reasonable request!!! Fixed procedures for addressing maintenance issues would also be a welcome improvement!!!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the

check-in process smooth and enjoyable. However, I did experience some issues with room cleanliness that could be addressed better. Despite this, the overall service was commendable, and I felt valued during my stay.

The breakfast spread was epic—hot toast, fresh pastries, and a variety of options that made mornings shine! The rooms were immaculate and the beds comfy enough to sink into. Plus, it’s close to great local restaurants, like Via Emilia.

A bit of a letdown was the 'spa tub'—I expected some jets, but it was just a full tub. Still, everything else sparkled at this spot.

Unfortunately, during my stay, I encountered several issues. The bathroom cleanliness was inadequate, with dirty floors that were concerning. Moreover, the receptionist's attitude when addressing my room change requests was unprofessional, creating an unpleasant atmosphere at check-in.

after spending a night here, I really loved the updated look and comfortable bed. The hotel's close proximity to Langan Park, which is perfect for a relaxing stroll, and Via Emilia, a cozy restaurant just a short walk away that made for a delightful dining experience.

I stayed one night in a Standard King Room. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. I didn’t try the breakfast, but I heard it offers a lot of options. The location is right by the University of South Alabama, which is super convenient! 😊

What shines and what doesn’t

The breakfast was well-prepared with a variety of options, and staff kept everything clean and fully stocked, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.

Despite the good breakfast, some areas of the hotel, particularly corridors, seemed neglected and in need of more regular cleaning. Maintenance issues also spotted often.

I had a great time staying at this inn! The room was spacious and modern with a large shower that had excellent water pressure. Unfortunately, the breakfast options weren't as impressive as I hoped.

Staying in a suite for three nights revealed both positives and negatives. While the proximity to the University of South Alabama was a major plus, the room had issues. the air conditioning didn’t cool effectively, and the pull-out bed was not functional, which detracted from our overall comfort. On a brighter note, I appreciated the homemade organic products provided during breakfast, which added a nice touch. However, the carpets had noticeable stains that were off-putting.

I stayed in the King Room, Mobility Access for a night. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and I loved the little sofa in the room. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the place cool. Plus, the friendly staff made the whole experience even better. The breakfast was amazing, with a good variety of options!

It was just a good match for a date night in Mobile with very good value for money. The comfortable bed made for a nice, restful sleep after a long day. Keep an eye out for the sunny back patio—it's a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee.
